Provider Center features
Our Provider Center (formerly Asuris Online Services for Providers)
is a free, secure Web-based tool that allows physicians, dentists,
other health care professionals and facilities access to valuable
information for most Asuris members. This eliminates the need
to call Customer Service for routine patient information. Our
online tool allows your office to:
- Verify patient coverage, benefit types and eligibility effective dates
- View patient benefit information, including office visit copayments and major medical information
- View deductible, real-time out-of-pocket, and coinsurance maximum accumulation amounts
- Review the status of your submitted claims and view payment information
- Search for and view payment vouchers by provider name, voucher number or check number
- View and sign provider agreement documents using eContracting
- View fee schedules
- Review and respond to patient feedback about their experiences with you
- Enhance your individual profile page, including philosophy of care, practice areas of expertise, appointment availability, awards and other distinctions and patient demographics

- View all claims for your organization
- View specific benefit details, benefit summaries or a complete benefit booklet in a PDF format
How to register
Access to Provider Center is provided by OneHealthPort™ which allows a secure environment to access multiple health plans and hospitals using one account, eliminating the need for multiple accounts, passwords and user agreements.
To register:
- Determine who in your office or organization will act as your site administrator. Your site administrator will be responsible for monitoring all user access.
- Appoint a site administrator from your organization to manage how your staff will access online services.
- The site administrator must register for OneHealthPort
