Asuris Emerge products are available for individuals and families who want health care coverage but who are not eligible to participate through group coverage. Applications for Individual products are subject to underwriting approval based upon the individual’s and/or family’s health.

- Dental coverage can be added to these products at the time of enrollment. Two plans are available:
- Option I is an incentive plan with a flexible calendar year maximum.
- Option II is a dollar-based plan with no deductible.
