Asuris Emerge products are available for individuals and families who want health care coverage but who are not eligible to participate through group coverage. Applications for Individual products are subject to underwriting approval based upon the individual’s and/or family’s health.

Identifying members

Copayment information for Emerge Core and Emerge Plus is listed on the front of the member card. Coinsurance, deductible and network information is not included. Please use the Provider Center to obtain coinsurance and deductible or network information for these members.

Key Differences

• Members can choose from seven different backgrounds on their member cards
• Members can also choose whether to have family or individual cards
• Coverage indicators on the front of the card reflect which benefit(s) each member is enrolled in.
