New online workshops now available
We recently added the following self-paced workshops to our Educational Tools section:
- Appeals: Learn about provider, member and other types of appeals and the processes that apply to each one.
- Coordination of Benefits (COB): Learn about COB regulations, guidelines and how to submit a claim.
- Asuris Pledge Medigap Products: Learn about the benefits, member cards and payment vouchers.
In addition, the Working with Modifiers workshop was recently updated.
