Provider workshop format is changing

This year, all of our provider workshops will be offered online as self-paced courses and webinars.

Self-paced courses:

• Are geared toward provider office staff
• Can be completed at your convenience
• Consist of online workshops and system tours
• May offer workshop notes, which can be printed as a reference

This spring, two new self-paced workshops will be available:

• Coordination of Benefits (COB). Recent state legislation requires us to change how secondary claims are processed. This workshop focuses on those changes and the COB process.
• Contiguous Counties. If your office is in a border county, knowing which Plan to submit claims to can be confusing. This workshop provides an overview of the counties that are considered "contiguous" and information on how and where to submit claims.
