New individual and family products available March 1

On March 1, we are adding four new medical products and two new dental products to our individual and family products portfolio:

• Emerge Core^SM
• Emerge Plus^SM
• Emerge HSA Plan^SM
• Emerge HSA 100 Plan^SM
• Dental Option 1
• Dental Option 2

These products will provide individuals and families with new options for affordable health care coverage with enhanced benefits, such as preventive care, wellness tools and optional dental coverage.

• Provider networks: Participating and Preferred networks

• Claims: Same Claim Voucher used for your Asuris Embark^SM, Vantage^SM, Motivate^SM and HSA Healthplan 2.0^SM patients

Emerge Core and Emerge Plus include the following:

• Built-in wellness benefits
• Some product options include benefits for alternative care and vision
• Up front coverage (before deductible) for every day basics like office visits and preventive care

Emerge HSA Plan and Emerge HSA 100 Plan include the following:

• Built-in wellness benefits
• Personalized coverage options for various family budgets and needs
• Point-of-sale Health Savings Account (HSA) prescription claim integration
• Paired with a tax-free account, allowing dollars to be used to pay for medical expenses today or saved for future medical needs

Dental Option 1 and Dental Option 2 include the following:

• Must be paired with an Emerge medical product - no stand-alone policies
• Use Asuris Dental Network (including the new National Dental Network)
• Dental Option 1 includes incentives that increase the annual maximum up to $1,500
• Dental Option 2 has no annual deductible
