Identifying Asuris MotivateSM Member Choice Account payments
Our Motivate medical product includes a unique benefit that allows members to use Member Choice Funds—earned by participating in a variety of wellness activities—to pay for qualified, out-of-pocket medical expenses including deductibles and coinsurance amounts.
When a member uses the funds in their Member Choice Account (MCA) to pay for an eligible medical claim, the payment will be made by Asuris and listed as a separate item on the Claim Voucher. Payment information will include:
- An "M" at the beginning of the claim number
- Message Code "ZMO"
- Explanation "This is a Members Choice Account payment"
