Our Provider Center can save you time
Our Provider Center is a free, secure Web-based tool that allows physicians, dentists, other health care and dental professionals, facilities and their staff access to valuable information for most Asuris members. Using the Provider Center can eliminate calls to Customer Service for routine patient information.
Our online tool allows your office to:
- Verify patient coverage, benefit types and eligibility effective dates
- View patient benefit information, including office visit copayments and coinsurance information
- View deductible, real-time out-of-pocket and coinsurance maximum accumulation amounts
- Review the status of your submitted claims and view payment information
- Search for and view payment vouchers by provider name, voucher number or check number
- View and sign provider agreement documents using eContracting
- Review and respond to member feedback about their experiences with you
- Enhance your individual profile page, including your philosophy of care, areas of expertise, appointment availability, awards and other distinctions and patient demographics
- Search for providers
For patients on our medical products (Asuris EmergeSM Individual and Family, EmbarkSM, VantageSM, MotivateSM and HSA Healthplan 2.0SM) or our dental products (AspireSM and EnhanceSM), you can also:
- View all claims for your organization
- View specific benefit details, benefit summaries or a complete benefit booklet in a PDF format
