Only send duplicate or scanned radiographs - never originals


Asuris no longer returns supporting documentation, including X-rays, that has been submitted for claims processing. Please do not submit an X-ray for claims processing unless it has been specifically requested. Unnecessary submission of X-rays can increase claims processing time resulting in a possible delay of payment.

When submitting a requested X-ray, please submit duplicate X-rays only. They should be:

  • Dated
  • Diagnostic quality
  • Properly identified
  • Labeled "left" or "right"
