Asuris TruAdvantage and Medicare Script appeal process change
Effective March 13, physicians may request standard appeals on behalf of Asuris TruAdvantage and Medicare Script members without being appointed as the member's representative. Previously, only expedited appeals could be requested by providers.
Treating physicians may request medical appeals; prescribing physicians and other prescribers may request appeals for medications. Providers must notify the member prior to requesting the appeal. Appeals may be submitted via fax to 1 (888) 309-8784 or mailed to:
