Member card enhancements coming
As part of our ongoing efforts to include important and helpful information on our member cards, we are adding additional information to our Embark SM, VantageSM and MotivateSM member cards.
Beginning this month, cards for these members will include the Provider Customer Service phone number for these products and our Asuris Online Services for Providers Web address.
