Remittance Advice transactions
If you receive ANSI 835 Remittance Advice transactions via our electronic claims clearinghouse partner, Availity®, LLC, and experience problems, please contact Availity Client Services for assistance online or by calling 1 (800) AVAILITY (282-4548).
Before calling, please have all pertinent information readily available, including:
- Check or invoice number
- Amount of the check
- Date transmitted
Availity Client Services staff will research and attempt to resolve the issue during your call. If additional time is needed to resolve the problem, a case number will be assigned and you will be contacted with the results.
