For most products, members are responsible for:
- Coinsurance
- Office visit copayments

Our comprehensive provider
networks are paired with our medical products.
Members’ out-of-pocket costs are lower when they choose a physician,
other health care professional or facility (provider) who participates with
the Asuris Northwest Health network associated
with their product. Therefore, it is important when referring a member to another
provider that you choose a provider who also participates within the member’s

Use the Provider
Center for easy access to benefits, eligibility and claim status for
most patients. Pre-authorization is required for some services and supplies.
