| Are you eligible?
To see if you are eligible for our medical
or dental plans, answer these questions:
- Are you a resident? You must have
lived in our service area for at least
30 days before
applying. Prove your residency by giving us
a copy of your Washington state driver’s
license, a current utility bill, or another official
document showing your name and address.
- Are you eligible for Medicare? If
you are eligible for Medicare A or B, look into our Medicare
plans. Or call us at 1 (866)
704-2708 to learn more. You cannot apply for our
standard Individual plans.
- Want to cover dependents? You
can enroll your spouse and children under age 23
if they are primarily dependent on you for support.
Kids 23 or older have to apply for
coverage separately.
