"Click to Chat" new to myAsuris.com
Earlier this month, we launched a Click to Chat function on myAsuris.com. This instant messaging-based tool allows our members to converse real-time with Customer Service during the myAsuris.com registration process. This resource is available during our Customer Service business hours of 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., PST.
January is our biggest enrollment month, so this is a great time to tell new members that this additional support is there for them when they register to use myAsuris.com. We will make Click to Chat available on other parts of the site in the future.
