Contest qualifications and rules:
- Sell a new Asuris HSA Healthplan with an effective date of Jan. 1, 2008, through Mar. 1, 2008
- Qualification is based on Individual members with no prior Asuris Individual coverage
- Each paid policy counts as one entry into the drawing
- Three separate travel packages valued at $2,500, $1,500 and $1,000 will be awarded
- Winners will be notified by May 15, 2008
