Health Savings Accounts & High-Deductible Plans
We recommend pairing Wellspring with the Asuris HSA Healthplan since it gives employees a clear incentive to be savvier health care consumers. With employees sharing more of the cost, employers have more financial flexibility to invest in employee wellness programs. Other plan options include Asuris MotivateSM, Asuris AdvanceSM or another high-deductible plan. These plan designs encourage employees to be more accountable for making good health care decisions.
Dual Option
Wellspring allows employers to offer more than one health plan option. As long as there is an HSA or other high-deductible option in place, all employees can participate in Wellspring’s wellness programs, regardless of the Asuris plan they choose.
