Updated 2012 Dual Option Guidelines for groups of 51+ now available
Dual Option Guidelines for groups of 51+ have been updated and will be posted to our agent and employer websites.
Notable updates:
- Asuris VantageSM and Asuris MotivateSM have been removed.
- Eligibility for groups of 51 to 99 has changed from "Minimum of 5 employees enrolled on each plan" to:
- Minimum enrollment for dual option of 25 active enrolled employees
- Minimum of 2 employees enrolled on each plan
- Eligibility for groups of 100+ remains the same at "Minimum of 5 employees enrolled on each plan."
