New optional Rx rider available for groups of 1 to 99 on Asuris HSA Healthplan 2.0SM
Beginning with effective dates of Jan. 1, 2012, a new optional Rx rider is available for groups of 1 to 99. This new rider provides pre-deductible coverage for certain generic and formulary brand-name medications that treat the following chronic conditions:
- Asthma
- High blood pressure
- High cholesterol
- Tobacco cessation
- Diabetes
