Flu shots can be scheduled at worksites
Asuris Northwest Health now offers flu shots to enrolled members at their worksites. Standard groups of 15 to 99 can contact one of these five contracted vendors directly to schedule flu shots on their premises:

Flu shots will be billed as preventive care for our members and covered at 100%. Neither the group nor the members need to pay an up-front fee or copay, or send any information to us. The vendor will bill us electronically, and we'll send an EOB to the member. Employees and dependents not covered by us will be charged a fee at the worksite clinic.
If a member uses a flu shot vendor other than one of those listed above, the group and/or members will be responsible for the cost. We won't reimburse any non-contracted vendor.
Groups that have employees outside Washington can contact Mollen or Maxim to arrange for shots in other areas of the United States. Both companies are national vendors and should be able to serve companies with out-of-state worksites.
We plan to send postcards to standard groups of 15 to 99 in October to tell them about this new, easy way to protect their employees' health. For more information, please talk to your Asuris Sales contact.
