2012 Dual option matrices are now available
The 2012 Dual Option Matrices are now available on the Forms page of our producer website under Group/Group Plans. You can also find them by logging into the Agent Center and selecting the "Quoting and Client Meetings" section of the Agent Toolkit. The matrices are for quoting dual options for Asuris EmbarkSM and Asuris HSA Healthplan 2.0SM to groups of 1 to 50. To reflect changes in our 2012 product portfolio for groups of 1 to 99, Asuris VantageSM and Asuris MotivateSM plans have been removed.
Our dual option guidelines for groups of 51+ are under revision and will be posted soon.
