Notice regarding Individual plan rates
We recently added benefits to our Asuris EmergeSM plans to comply with the essential benefits provision of the health care reform law. The rate impact of the essential benefit enhancements will be incorporated into the annual pool rate adjustment, scheduled for October. There are no additional rate changes planned before Oct. 1, 2011. We will keep you updated as we approach that annual rate adjustment effective date.
