Regence Life and Health offers embedded EAP for free
Regence Life and Health is excited to announce the addition of an embedded Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all groups with Long Term Disability Coverage. The embedded plan offers members up to four face-to-face visits with a certified counselor, along with telephonic access 24 hours a day, with counseling provided by Reliant Behavioral Health. Other services include online access to consultations and education, parenting services, pet concierge, will preparation kits and identity theft services.
The embedded plan is free to groups who purchase Long Term Disability Coverage through Regence Life and Health. Groups that currently have a stand-alone EAP should be cautioned that this embedded EAP does not include supervisor training, on-site support, metrics or other valuable management tools. That is why Regence Life and Health also offers an enhanced buy-up plan that includes critical incident debriefing and supervisor trainings. This enhanced EAP can be purchased for $1.60 per employee per month.
Medical coverage only helps pay the doctor bills. With Long Term Disability Coverage from Regence Life and Health, your clients' income can be protected, providing assistance to help pay the day-to-day bills. Now, with the embedded EAP, we can offer additional help in adjusting to life after a disability.
