05/26/2011   New billing process for auto-reconciliation extended to all Asuris groups and Individuals

Last month we announced how we were changing our billing process to provide better service to groups and Individual subscribers who are enrolled on our health-focused products (Asuris EmbarkSM, Asuris VantageSM, Asuris MotivateSM, Asuris HSA Healthplan 2.0SM, Asuris AspireSM, Asuris EnhanceSM, and Asuris EmergeSM). We are now ready to fully extend the improvements to all Asuris groups and Individuals.

This new auto-reconciliation process allows us to more consistently provide a monthly bill to groups and Individual subscribers regardless of payment reconciliation status. Those who were not involved in the initial rollout will be receiving a bill stuffer describing the process improvements.
