Letter from Brady Cass
Retaining existing customers and adding new ones to our membership base is vital to our purpose of providing financial stability and affordable health care coverage to our members. This edition of Producer News includes an important update on changes we're making to support the efforts of our most productive producer partners. Our revamped producer recognition program—Asuris Acknowledge—will launch on April 1.
This new program, along with other changes underway or planned for the near future, will help drive our business forward in our new environment. There's no question that in the future health care delivery and financing will look much different from how they look today. Fortunately, we're well positioned to uphold our promises to our members and be a leader in the transition to a new, more sustainable system.
New opportunities emerge from turbulent times. We look forward to sharing those opportunities with many of you who share this vision.
