A.M. Best affirms our A (excellent) rating
A.M. Best, a well-known financial rating agency, has once again affirmed our A (excellent) rating.
The rating is based on comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses of our financial statements, operating performance and business profile. While the rating is indicative of our financial strength overall, our continued attention to operating expense was a significant factor in the positive assessment.
As a not-for-profit health plan operating in a highly dynamic market environment, this excellent rating indicates that we are well-positioned to deliver on our promise to be there for our members in their time of greatest need.
