Letters recently sent to remind producers to renew E&O liability insurance
In February, we reminded you of your requirement to maintain errors and omissions (E&O) liability insurance as a part of your Producer Agreement with Asuris Northwest Health.
On the first business day of each month we mail a reminder to those producers whose policy is set to expire during that month. In order to ensure your appointment with us remains in good standing, please be sure to provide evidence of current E&O coverage to us before your policy expiration date.
There are two ways to provide us with evidence of your renewing E&O coverage:
- Send an email to our Agent Desk with the attachment
- Fax the information to 1(855)-733-4613
