01/05/2011   Customer Service call volumes are high in January

January is our busiest month, and our high call volumes reflect this. The influx of questions from new and existing members can produce higher-than-normal wait times. We're giving each caller the high level of customer service we usually do, and will help each caller in turn.

You may want to call Customer Service outside our peak time (which is about 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Try calling us between 6 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. or between 4:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. The wait times are usually lower during those times.
