Errors & omissions liability insurance requirements for producers
The Producer Agreement that you've signed with us requires you to maintain errors and omissions (E&O) liability insurance for as long as the Agreement remains in effect.
We regularly monitor all appointments to make sure there's no lapse in E&O coverage. As part of our process, we mail a letter on the first of each month to producers whose policy is set to expire that month. It's important that we receive evidence of in force E&O coverage so that your appointment remains in good standing.
To ease the burden of submitting evidence of coverage at the time of renewal, please request your carrier to add us as a certificate holder so they'll automatically send a copy of the E&O policy declaration page directly to us. The certificate can be mailed to:
