Fillable 100+ GMAs effective Jan. 1, 2012, now available online
Our fillable Group Master Application (GMA) for non-grandfathered groups of 100 or more has been posted to the forms sections of the producer and employer sites, as well as to Agent Center. For grandfathered groups of 100 or more, use this GMA. Updated guides highlighting changes to grandfathered (file size 4 mb) and non-grandfathered (file size 4 mb) GMAs have been posted to our producer communications site.
