Notice on timing of older claims processing system shutdown for Asuris Northwest Health
Producers appointed with our Plans in Idaho, Oregon and/or Utah will see a message from those Plans about how some members can access their claims on our members-only portal due to the sunsetting of our older claims processing system. At this time, Asuris members aren't impacted because our claims system is slated to sunset at a later date. We'll keep you updated in the coming months as we implement plans to shut down the older claims processing system here in Washington.
