Some members may be eligible to re-enroll
Certain provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act require notifications. Beginning Sept. 29, we're sending letters to group subscribers renewing Oct. 1, 2010, or later. The letter will inform them that they or their dependents might be eligible for re-enrollment on an Asuris plan. We'll send this mailing directly to subscribers each month prior to their group's renewal date. In addition, we'll post on Employer Center a notice about the letter, along with a description of how we contact subscribers.
We'll notify Individual plan subscribers as the new law becomes effective with their plan.
