New group submission deadlines go into effect
In an effort to deliver a better experience for our members, we're implementing a new-group submission deadline for groups of all sizes starting with Dec. 1 effective dates.
All required information and forms, including the Group Master Application, Application for Enrollment/Change or Enrollment Spreadsheet, Waiver Form, Affidavit of Qualifying Domestic Partnership (if applicable), and Affidavit of Qualifying Incapacitated Dependent Eligibility (if applicable), must be received as follows:
- By 5 p.m. (Pacific time) on the 20th of the month prior to the effective date - Paper Enrollment Applications
- By 5 p.m. (Pacific time) on the 25th of the month prior to the effective date - Online or Spreadsheet Enrollment Information
If either of these dates falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline will be the next business day.
To be consistent with these deadlines, Agent Center will close for quoting at 5 p.m. (Pacific time) on the 20th of the month for quotes for coverage effective the first of the following month.
Please refer to our Micro Group reference guide for more information about the required documentation for groups of 1 to 4.
Keep in mind that incomplete or inaccurate information will delay the effective date of group coverage.
