Reminder: November deadline for group submissions approaching
In an effort to deliver a better experience for our members, we announced new group submission deadlines for groups of all sizes starting with Dec. 1 effective dates.
Based on these new requirements, the following required information and forms will have earlier due dates:
- Group Master Application
- Application for Enrollment/Change or Enrollment Spreadsheet
- Waiver Form
- Affidavit of Qualifying Domestic Partnership (if applicable)
- Affidavit of Qualifying Incapacitated Dependent Eligibility (if applicable)
For groups with Dec. 1, 2010, effective dates, enrollment information will be due on the following dates:
Nov. 22, 2010: Paper Enrollment Applications are due by 5 p.m. (Pacific time).
Nov. 29, 2010: Online or Spreadsheet Enrollment Information are due by 5 p.m. (Pacific time).
To be consistent with these deadlines, Agent Center will close for quoting at 5 p.m. (Pacific time) on Nov. 22, 2010, for quotes for coverage effective Dec. 1, 2010.
Please refer to our Micro Group reference guide for more information about the required documentation for groups of 1 to 4.
Keep in mind that incomplete or inaccurate information will delay the effective date of group coverage.
