11/10/2010   Spinal procedure pre-authorization now in effect

Earlier this year we told you about a new policy we were were planning to implement regarding spinal procedures. We wanted to update you on this information and let you know that these preauthorization requirements were, indeed, implemented effective Nov. 1, 2010.
