January renewals releasing to Agent Center today
We've begun to release our January 2011 renewals to Agent Center. Due to volume, we expect all renewals to be available by the end of the day on Nov. 11. The renewal documents include a disclaimer that notes, "Rates are Pending Regulatory Approval".
Once rates are approved, we'll post an updated message on Agent Center and immediately issue an Agent News.
As a reminder, we recently announced a Renew-As-Is process that will begin with Jan. 1, 2011, effective dates. For groups of 1 to 99, unless you've submitted benefit changes for your clients before the 1st of the month prior to the renewal date, we'll renew the benefits as outlined in the renewal documents. We no longer require a Group Master Application (GMA) for groups making no benefit changes. We made these changes to improve processing efficiencies and provide a better experience for our groups and members.
