Correction letter goes to members on Asuris ClaritySM 70 with a $3,000 deductible
In our notice to you regarding the Individual discontinuation set for Jan. 1, 2011, we explained that we will map members on Clarity 70 with a $3,000 deductible over to Emerge Plus with a $5,000 deductible. This is the correct mapping information; however, the letter that those members received in September incorrectly informed them that they would be mapped to Emerge Plus with a $2,500 deductible.
While the member can choose from any of the available plans during the discontinuation, we want to make sure they have accurate information about the plan they'll be mapped over to automatically if they don't choose something else. We're sending them letters with the correct information this week.
