Individual bonus program to continue through December 2010
Our Individual bonus program will continue through December 2010 effective dates. While the payment structure will remain the same, the bonus payment will be paid two months following the qualifying contract's effective month.

Program rules
- A contract is defined as a subscriber.
- A new contract is defined as not having prior Individual coverage in the prior 12 months.
- Once qualification is met, payment will be issued retroactive to the first contract qualified during the effective month.
- Monthly payment is issued two months following each contract's effective date.
- Quarterly payment is issued two months following the end of each quarter.
The bonus for March 2010 effective dates have been mailed. A report will be included with each payment to assist with bonus reconciliation.
Our bonus program is reviewed on an annual basis and we'll communicate our plans for 2011 later this year.
