Notice of schedule change for Individual plan discontinuation
We recently notified you of plans to discontinue our closed Individual plans. To ease the transition to reform benefits and to prevent potential confusion for members who would experience rate renewal and discontinuation messaging at the same time, we have decided to postpone the discontinuation of our closed Individual products and DentalOne to Jan. 1, 2011.
Notices to your affected clients will go out in late September.
Please note that the training and product mapping information you recently received is still valid. We will conduct additional informational sessions in September. To ensure that you have the most up-to-date information to answer your clients' questions, producers with at least 25 Individual subscribers will receive information specific to their book of business in September.
