Welcome Chris Gorey, new vice president of Sales
We're pleased to announce that Chris Gorey is our new vice president of Sales. In this role he will lead sales and account management for both Asuris and its parent company.
Chris comes to us from The Trustmark Companies, where he was responsible for identifying and pursuing acquisitions for new growth. Before joining Trustmark he led a start-up venture in the Chicago area that provided a technology solution for outsourcing benefits administration for mid-sized employers. His sales experience includes leadership roles with CoreSource and Humana.
Chris first entered the health care arena as an independent consultant with the market strategy group at BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois. He began his professional career providing business-process consulting through Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
He has an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a master's degree in business administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Chris moved from Chicago with his wife, his 7-year-old son and his 5-year-old daughter. He will be based in our Seattle office.
