ERISA expands Form 5500 disclosure and reporting requirements
We're updating our reporting process to address expanded ERISA Form 5500 disclosure and reporting requirements. The new requirements apply to self-insured and fully insured plans that are required to complete the Department of Labor Form 5500.
On March 1 we'll start mailing producer notifications that outline new plan information we'll provide to your group clients.
For additional information, producers and plans should seek legal advice or refer to the DOL Web site.
