Asuris TruAdvantageTM provider network update
We recently received a termination notice from Columbia Medical Associates (CMA) for the Asuris TruAdvantage Medicare Advantage plan contract only. Asuris TruAdvantage members will be able to continue seeing their CMA providers at in-network benefits through Dec. 31, 2010. Starting Jan. 1, 2011, CMA will no longer accept Asuris TruAdvantage members on an in-network basis. Patients already established with CMA may continue to see their providers on an out-of-network basis.
Columbia Medical Associates will remain contracted for our group and Individual products. The termination affects only our Asuris TruAdvantage plan.
