Asuris receives "Partners in Progress" award for second year in a row
For the second year in a row, Asuris Northwest Health has been named the winner of the Partners in Progress award given by the American Red Cross Inland Northwest Chapter.
The award is given to an organization that provided generous financial support and leadership to the Inland Northwest Chapter during the past year.
"We are pleased to honor Asuris Northwest Health as this year's recipient," said Terry Pollard, Regional CEO of the ARC Inland Northwest Chapter. "Not only has Asuris supported our major fundraising events and helped increase awareness of the Red Cross throughout Eastern Washington, but its employees have also been actively involved in obtaining supplies and putting together comfort kits for our volunteers to then contribute."
Brady Cass, President of Asuris, accepted the award.

"Asuris is proud of our ongoing commitment and support of the American Red Cross," Brady said. "In addition to financial support, Asuris employees have made more than 150 comfort kits that have been distributed to disaster victims and hospitalized military veterans. We've assisted with collecting donations for Haiti relief by working drive-by donation locations, some as early as 4 a.m., and several employees support the American Red Cross though the Employee Giving Campaign."
"We believe that healthy communities need to be prepared, trained and responsive in the time of greatest need," Brady said, "and we're proud to help the Red Cross fulfill that mission."
