New GMAs available for some groups
The pre-printed GMA forms, used for groups 100+ on new products and for groups renewing on existing plans, will not change in 2010.
For groups of all sizes on EmbarkSM, VantageSM, MotivateSM and our Asuris HSA Healthplan 2.0SM, the pre-filled and editable (fillable) GMA forms are available on Agent Center.
