New Group Master Apps now available online!
Just a reminder that the current Group Master Application (GMA)
forms are available on Agent Center! The preprinted forms
in your office might not be current, and as of May 1 we are
requiring that the new forms be used. We now provide
prefilled and editable (fillable) GMAs (2 to 99 and 100+)
for groups selecting new products (MotivateSM, EmbarkSM and
VantageSM) for Aug. 1, 2009, effective
dates and beyond.
You can access the prefilled GMAs in Agent Center. Go to
the My Groups page for all groups (prospects and renewals for
groups of 2 to 99 and renewals for groups of 100+) while in the
Quote window. Availability of a prefilled GMA for a
particular group will be indicated by a GMA icon to the far
right of the group's name. Click on the icon to open the GMA.
The prefilled GMAs will have basic information about the
group prefilled on pages 1 and 2. The prefilled
information is fully editable and the form is fillable. Helpful
Tool Tips explain what is needed for certain fields. Access the
Tool Tips by mousing over the input areas of these fields.
The method you will use to save edits to the prefilled
information depends upon your software:
- Users with Adobe® Acrobat®
8 Standard or Professional will be able to edit and save the
GMA with changes. The saved GMA can then be passed to a user
with Adobe Reader® 7 or 8 to perform an
editandprint session. Adobe Reader will not allow
changes to be saved.
- Users with Adobe Reader 7 or 8 will be able to complete the
remainder of the GMA; however, it must be printed at the end of
the editing session. Saving only saves the GMA with the
information that was prefilled.
Certain renewing groups will need our help in generating the
prefilled GMA. If, after clicking the GMA icon, you get a
message that the GMA could not be generated, please talk to
your Asuris Sales contact.
Fillable GMAs (2 to 99 and 100+) are now available in the Forms
link for new products on the agent side of the public Web site
and in the Motivate and Embark and Vantage Agent Toolkits.
The group still needs to sign a hard copy of the GMA before
submitting it to us (the signature cannot be entered online).
The prefilled and fillable GMAs are not available for new
or renewing groups that are enrolling on existing products.
We hope that these new tools save you time and enhance the
interaction between you and your clients. If you are not using
Agent Center, please ask your Asuris Sales contact for an
emailed copy of the prefilled GMAs.
