Letter from Scott Kreiling
As I reflect upon 2008, I am pleased about the accomplishments Asuris achieved this past year. We implemented the Asuris Expanded PPO network, launched new group and consumer products, and rolled out eEnroll features for our groups. Our team continues its exemplary support of our community through service and financial contributions to the American Red Cross, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Tree of Sharing, Sacred Heart Children's Hospital, Boys and Girls Club of Spokane County and many more. These collective efforts, along with your support, resulted in consistent membership growth and retention throughout the year.
As we move into 2009, I would like to share with you some of the plans we have for further building on the strength of the Asuris brand.
- Continued support of notforprofit community partners
- Intensified presence at community events
- BusinesstoBusiness brand building
- CEO executive forum
- Quarterly broker breakfasts
In this issue we are happy to share with you some enhancements to our Asuris Advantages program, which offers members savings and access to fitness resources just for being Asuris members. We also are pleased to announce that Asuris has secured a relationship with a new HSA banking partner, US Bank. We selected US Bank for its comprehensive approach to health care banking and its strong consumer track record. While your groups can work with one of our preferred banking partners or select their own bank, we are pleased to offer US Bank as a preferred option.
We encourage you to ask your sales or account executive to review with you how we can package ancillary lines of Asuris coverage, including dental, vision and EAP, as well as life and disability coverage from Regence Life and Health.
Thank you for your continued support and commitment to Asuris Northwest Health and, as always, please contact us if you have comments or questions.
On behalf of the entire Asuris staff, I wish you a prosperous new year.
Sincerely,
Scott Kreiling
