Duplicate information removed from many contracts
We have removed Articles 6, 7 and 8 from the 2009 contracts for our ClaritySM 50, ANH Catastrophic Plans, ClaritySM 70, ANH HSA Healthplans and ANH HSA Comprehensive Healthplans products. Those articles duplicated information also available in the brochures. As of January 2009 that information will be located only in the brochures.
