Agent Center makes dual options easier
Were you aware that Agent Center now offers the ability to quote
dual options?
EmbarkSM and VantageSM can be paired with
the Asuris HSA Healthplan 2.0SM as a dual option
offering. To be eligible for a dual option, groups of 2–50
must meet a minimum requirement of 10 enrolled employees, with a
minimum of two employees enrolled on each option. Groups of 51+
require a minimum of at least five employees enrolled on each
plan.
Please refer to the updated Dual Option Matrix for groups of
2–50 and the Dual Option Guidelines for groups of 51+ for
specific plan pairings and rules. For groups of 25–50, Embark
and Vantage can be offered together as long as there is a minimum
of 25 enrolled employees and at least two of them on one of the
plans.
