Changes made to domestic partnership coverage for groups 100+
We've made two administrative changes to our domestic partnership coverage for groups with 100 or more enrolled employees.
Groups 100+ may opt to:
- Limit domestic partner coverage only to state-registered domestic partners.
- Not extend COBRA eligibility to any domestic partners whether registered or non-registered.
All 100+ groups will receive a letter about these options, along with the needed form. The form must be completed and returned by Jan. 8.
