Introducing Asuris Core PlanSM
Asuris remains committed to individuals in Washington and to serving our communities. Washington's dynamic Individual market is changing. Individuals need plans that support healthy living and maximize their ability to afford coverage.
We are excited to launch a new product for individuals and families! It is available for new applicants on Nov. 21 for effective dates of Jan. 1, 2009, and after.
Asuris Core Plan offers a unique blend of upfront benefits for office visits, outpatient X-ray and lab and preventive care, together with affordable rates. It's designed to encourage wellness and support financial security through coverage for major life events. Here's a closer look at some of what members get before the deductible:
- Four upfront office visits covered at 100% after a $35 copay
- $400 in upfront X-ray and lab benefits covered at 100%
- $200 in upfront preventive care services covered at 80%
To round out the coverage, we give plan members access to the RegenceRx® discount program so they can save money on prescription medications.
Members access wellness programs through our award-winning Web site, myAsuris.com, where they will find the necessary tools to build a healthy lifestyle and make informed coverage decisions.
