New-member guides are being redeveloped
Last year, Asuris identified a need to provide members with an outline of plan benefits upon enrollment and to support members' use of their benefits. As a result, we launched a member piece titled the QuickStart guide. Mailed to each Embark and Vantage subscriber upon enrollment, it contained key information about benefits and networks, as well as definitions and resources designed to help the member make the most of their coverage.
While this piece has been very successful in welcoming our members to Embark and Vantage, we now are evaluating other ways we can add value at enrollment across all Asuris products. During this development period, we will no longer automatically send QuickStart guides to subscribers upon enrollment.
We will continue to mail a limited supply of booklets to the group; they may request additional copies by contacting their Asuris Sales contact. In addition, member information is available on myAsuris.com. Please direct your clients to this Web resource as the preferred source of customized information and a great member experience.
We hope to have the next generation of new member communication ready in the next few months. This communication will welcome Asuris members and provide an overview of the resources, tools and programs available to help them understand and manage their benefits on myAsuris.com.
